He was 40, I was 15 when he took my virginity - Sex not so good anymore

mr_proppafix_logo.jpg

Let me just get straight to the point I'm a 23 year old young girl seeing a soon to be 48 year old man. We have been going strong for eight years now he's the guy who took away my virginity at the age 15, he was 40 at da time. But the sex isn't so good now. I'm thinking of ending it.

Wat do u think Mr. Proppafix?

Dear,
At 15 yrs old, you should not have been having sex and worse, this 40-yr-old man should have known better than to be having sex with you. However, your relationship has been continuing and you are now an adult - so ask yourself why you were in this relationship in the first place. Compare the good times you have had and all the things he has done and continues to do for you against just the sex not being good. Also, ask yourself if the sex life is deteriorating because you are no longer as interested as you used to be. I would not suggest that you leave a man just because of the sex. I would encourage you to "get back to basics" with him. Tell him all the things that he used to do to excite you, to make you enjoy sex and want to have more sex, start to "try out" new, exciting ways and places to have sex. Be creative, be adventurous which might help to put the spice back in your sex life.

There is also the fact that there may be trouble in the future as you are just 23 yrs old. In another 10 yrs when you would have reached your sexual prime, he will be almost 60 yrs old but with the help of sex enhancing drugs, it could still work if you are still interested then as I know men that are way into their 70s still having an active sex life. Good luck and all the best.

All the best- this is my advice young lady - tek it or leave it.

Are you having an issue that you can't resolve by yourself? Need some advice? Send your emails to mr.proppafix@gmail.com

No Sumfest For Konshens

konshens_austria_delus_album_sumfest.jpgReggae and Dancehall artiste Konshens has reportedly pulled out of the SUMFEST 09 line-up! This drastic decision was made due to several overseas engagements he has to fulfill in Europe - such as the promotion of an album done by himself and his older brother Delus.

Apparently, he made a commitment from November (2008) that he will return to Europe for the promotion of the album titled "Modern Revolution" which was released by Irievibrations records from Austria. A very disturbed and almost angry Konshens, said that his hands were tied and there was nothing he could do as it's not a "money issue" but more so an issue of standing by ones word.

"I gave them my word and it's an issue involving both me and my brother Delus, so I can't think selfishly though it will do some harm to my solo career. I apologise to everyone that was looking forward to seeing me there, but mi aggo deh round fi a while so no worry unnu self", he also went on to say that he thinks it’s going to be one of the best Sumfest and regrets not being able to take part.

"Mi sorry mi aggo miss Toni Braxton star, and mi know Tarrus aggo bun it up, especially wid di album about to drop, and it maad.
He closed by again extending apologies and thanking his growing fan base for the love they have been showing him.

Mr. Vegas Rocks Sting Night Club - Insomnia for St. Vincent

mr.vegas_peforming_roof_top_party_caribbean.jpg

Trinidadian fans are still talking about the marquis performance that Mr. Vegas delivered at the Sting nightclub last week Saturday. Mr. Vegas took his set old school with a couple of Bob Marley and Dennis Brown songs before cranking up the energy with his early hits such as Nike Air, then finally going full throttle with Raging Bull, Tek Weh Yuself and Hot Wuk as he had the 700 strong audience partying up a storm.

Dancer Mystic showed up mid-performance to show the Trinis how to do the latest Jamaican dance move, the Sassa Step, but the Trinidadian males made woeful attempts at learning the dance, and provided comic relief for the audience. Mr. Vegas closed his entertaining set strongly with his runaway hit, I Am Blessed, marking a successful night for the Jamaica and Barbadian-based promotions company, Big Links Promotions. Earlier, Rastafarian firebrand Lutan Fyah had opened the show with a blazing set full of hits such as Save The Juveniles and St. Jago De La Vega.

DáVille tells her they are wrong as he hasn't done anything wrong and although his love is true and his heart won't let him do anything regardless of the crazy things she has been doing to him, he is 'never gonna cry'. With all that said and done, he will still be there for her whenever she falls and calls.

Michael Jackson Death Now Confirmed

By NEKESA MUMBI MOODY and DERRIK J. LANG, Associated Press Writers Nekesa Mumbi Moody And Derrik J. Lang, Associated Press Writers
news.yahoo.com

michael-jackson-funeral_death.jpg

LOS ANGELES - Michael Jackson, the moonwalking former child star who became known the world over as the "King of Pop" before his life and career deteriorated in a freakish series of scandals, died Thursday, a person with knowledge of the situation told The Associated Press. He was 50. The person said Jackson died in a Los Angeles hospital. The person was not authorized to speak publicly and requested anonymity.

The circumstances of his death were not immediately clear. Jackson was not breathing when Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at his Los Angeles home about 12:30 p.m., Capt. Steve Ruda told the Los Angeles Times. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to UCLA Medical Center, Ruda told the newspaper.

Jackson's death brought a tragic end to a long, bizarre, sometimes farcical decline from his peak in the 1980s, when he was popular music's premier all-around performer, a uniter of black and white music who shattered the race barrier on MTV, dominated the charts and dazzled even more on stage.

He was perhaps the most exciting performer of his generation, known for his feverish, crotch-grabbing dance moves, his high-pitched voice punctuated with squeals and titters. His single sequined glove and tight, military-style jacket were trademarks second only to his ever-changing, surgically altered appearance. Over the years, his skin became lighter and his nose narrower.

Michael Jackson Hospitalized - Death Unconfirmed

Source: foxnews.com

050608_michael_jackson_vmed.widec.jpgMichael Jackson was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital Thursday afternoon, police told FOX News, but his condition wasn't immediately clear.

TMZ reported that the legendary singer, 50, went into cardiac arrest and had to receive CPR in the ambulance. Joe Jackson, his father, told multiple news sources that his son is not doing well.

Paramedics responded to a 911 call at around 12:26 p.m. PDT, the Los Angeles Times reported. He was reportedly not breathing at the time of their arrival.

A Jackson spokesman was unavailable for comment.

Jackson, the youngest brother in Motown's legendary Jackson 5, earned the name 'King of Pop' as a solo act in the 1980s, when he became one of the best-selling musicians in the world, particularly for the hit album "Thriller."

His star power has faded considerably since then, partly because of allegations of child molestation.

Queen Ifrica's 'Montego Bay' Was Worth The Wait!

queen_ifrica_montego_bay_album_cover.jpgThe anticipation, the crave and the suspense is finally over. The musical empress, Queen Ifrica, has finally released her eagerly awaited debut album, 'Montego Bay', appropriately named after the community from which she hails.

The album opens with T.T.P.N.C., (Tribute to The Pitfour Nyabinghi Center - located in Montego Bay). The song, produced by Tony Rebel, honours the elders within the Rastafarian community where Ifrica was raised. The reverential drumming and chanting compliments Ifrica's chants, offering praises to the Most.

The sweet reggae melody of the title track, Welcome to Montego Bay is one that will immediately have listeners rocking to the bubbly feeling that the reggae-flavoured track gives, as Ifrica highlights some of the things that characterize her hometown.

The classic rhythm from the Rastafari anthem Satta Massagana is updated on Rebel's production of Coconut Shell, a celebration of the Rastafarian sacred herb, marijuana, as Ifrica declares, "dah one yah red up mi eye… mi burn it dis morning as mi rise up… mi still dey up inna di sky, high, high…" The track allows listeners to "whole a joy and meditation" while bouncing to Ifrica's lyrical rhymes on the smooth-flowing rhythm.

Chris Brown gets probation, labor for Rihanna assault

By Tony Hicks
Contra Costa Times

mercurynews.com

chris_brown_sentence_rihanna.jpg

Chris Brown pleaded guilty Monday to count of felony assault on pop star Rihanna.

Brown entered his plea before a preliminary hearing was scheduled to start in Los Angeles on Monday. Rihanna had been on standby to testify.

After Brown left the courtroom, Rihanna was addressed by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg, who explained to the Barbados-born singer that she had issued a stay-away order, requiring Brown and Rihanna stay at least 50 yards from each, except at industry events when the distance is reduced to 10 yards.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, said the plea deal includes five years of supervised probation and six months of community labor. Brown will be formally sentenced on Aug. 5.

Schnegg accepted Brown's plea, but specified the community service must entail hard labor, citing Caltrains cleaning or graffiti removal as an example. She said Brown likely will be allowed to do his community service in his home state of Virginia. He'll also be required to attend domestic violence classes.

Lawyers for Brown, 20, and Rihanna, 21, refused to discuss the status of the pair's relationship. Brown was arrested Feb. 8, after police say he hit and threatened Rihanna after leaving a pre-Grammy party in Los Angeles.

"Mi Vehicle Cyan Dearer Than Mi House" Says Flippa Mafia

When flossing King, Flippa Mafia, scored number one last year with the hit single Dem Yah & Dem Yah, it was the signal that this deejay was "the one to watch". And he has proved that this success was no fluke.

"It was a song that everybody liked instantly and it just took off and set my career on the right level," recalls the deejay, whose single Unfinished House is kicking up a storm, musically and otherwise.

A very conscious song, the words coming from the lips of the flossing king makes the message much more impacting. In Unfinished House, Flippa states his case in no uncertain terms:
Mi vehicle cyaan dearer than mi house

John Legend & Estelle - Goes Authentic Reggae with 'No Other Love'

Produced By Dwayne Chin-Queen & Co-Producer: Mitchum Chin
Label: Columbia Records, G.O.O.D. Music
Album: Evolver

On the heels of his hit collaboration 'Green Light' ft Andre 3000, John has found another amazing track with label mate Estelle, dubbed 'No Other Love'. John Legend seeks to cement his legendary status in music, with his latest collaboration British Star Estelle. With little over 37,800 tags on Google alone and over 12 ADDS last week on radio, in the United States the single seems to be getting lots if not all the love. Estelle struck oil earlier this year, with Jamaican superstar Sean Paul, with their steamy collaboration 'Come Over', which still rides high on charts locally and internationally. She seemingly has the magic ingredient to make constant hits, not just in hip hop or R&B, but Reggae as well.

Groupie talks about her sexual experience with Mavado

Dozens of emails were sent by fans of the Gully Gad wanting to know if OutAroad.com got the letter of the girl who talked about her sexual experience with Mavado. OutAroad.com immediately performs a search via Google and ran into this story posted on backstagepazz.com It all started when Mavado went to Jacksonville on 3/19/09 at a club called Plush.

mavado-girl-confessed-groupie-jamaican-dancehall.jpgI went right over and sat next to Mavado's cousin Chase Cross an up and coming reggae artist. So me and my friend were talking to him at this time Mavado makes references to my breast and pum pum in his native patois language I laughed and responded. I could tell he was impressed by my speaking and understanding what he was saying, I asked for a picture with him giving some dude my phone for the camera. Mavado grabbed my phone and called his phone to get my number and said I'll see you after the show. After some grinding and blatant flirting I knew I wasn't going to make it to work the next morning.

The show went really well I danced with his uncle and left immediately after trying to prepare for my booty call because I was sweated out. About 3:30 a.m. I got a call from anonymous number, I answered and he told me he was at the hyatt and to call when I'm outside and he will send someone to get me.

When I got there he was chilling in some shorts and a green yellow and red netted like wife beater, he said something quickly to his boy and then he invited me to a spliff I smoked and drank some more, he turned on some music and told me to whine and take off my clothes, while I'm dancing and taking off my clothes he turned on a lamp and off the lights, he grabbed my wrist and got the spliff he stayed behind me grinding and whine to my riddim, out of no where he got aggressive and pushed me against the back of the sofa he smacked my a*s and began to pull down my thong, I stepped out of them now in just my stilettos, I turned towards him and ordered him to sit in his chair he went and sat.

I got on my knees and crawled to him, I unfastened his shorts he lifted up so I could take them off, that's when I realized just how skinny he really is I pulled out his d*ck, it was average I guess.

"Mi waan richer dan Matalan" - Tuff Enuff

tuff-enuff-liv-up-records-dancehall-tivoli-jamaica.jpg

Tuff Enuff was born Devon Martin Jnr. in the tough Kingston neighbourhood of Vineyard Town, where he spent his early years before moving to St James in his teens. It was while attending Cambridge Comprehensive High that Devon's love for music grew, writing his own music and performing at every school talent show that took place at the school, attracting rave reviews from his peers.

Drawing upon such wide-ranging influences as Bounty Killer, Vybz Kartel, Aidonia and the legendary Alton Ellis, the young Devon took elements from each of them and formulized them into his own unique persona.

Encouraged to pursue a career in music, Tuff Enuff returned to Kingston after five years, taking up residency in Fletcher's Land where he hustled to make a living. Music was always at the front of his mind and he was present at every community dance and stage show showcasing his skills.

KINGSTON, Jamaica - A New York-based Pentecostal faith healer who has led crusades around the world was charged Wednesday with sexually abusing a teenage girl in his native Jamaica.

Jamaican police say Paul Lewis is charged with carnal abuse and indecent assault in an incident involving a 15-year-old girl in the western Jamaican city of Negril.

Defense lawyer Michael Erskine confirmed the charges but declined to comment until after Lewis, 45, had made his initial court appearance on the charges.

Lewis was arrested Sunday just as he was about to start preaching in the west coast town of Savanna-La-Mar for allegedly having sex with the teen at a hotel in Negril, said Sgt. Ethon Miller of the Westmoreland parish police.

A Gaza Mi Seh

By Krazy Katty
OutAroad.com Writer

beeniemanmoneynuffvideocounteractionmavado.jpg

Beenie Man's latest "motto" (A Gaza Mi Seh) is now a regular line he shouts on stage shows to aware the public that he’s the Emperor of Gaza. This should be no surprise to dancehall lovers as Beenie Man is known for not being on good terms with the Alliance especially his long time nemesis Bounty Killer.

The Doctor has also voiced a song titled A Gaza Mi Seh which is now a favorite among fans at stage shows.

"One thing wid di gangsta pon di Gaza, wi build wi paper and build wi plaza, drive by hail dem in a mi pretty Tundra, big up Gaza Gad Kartel Di Techa - Who I am? Di Emperor fi di Gaza," chanted Beenie Man.

Dem Seh Dem Money Nuff

Beenie Man's latest controversial single Stock & Pile is definitely a counteraction for Mavado's hit single Mi Money Nuff. The two songs are now played back to back at parties which get huge encores by the various followers.

Beenie Man sings, "Dem seh dem money nuff, but my money stock and pile, when mi guh a dance a lastic pon coil, mi teach dem swagga and dem thief mi style mi have money like mi own oil."

Major Myjah Gets Exposed Overseas

By CJ Johnson

majormyjahartistesbountykillerson.jpgPint size recording artist Major Myjah is on the cusp of breaking through as a young star. His first single "My Sunshine" is getting significant radio airplay in several countries, including Germany, Jamaica, Japan and Spain. The reggae inspired pop song which received only a soft release to several Disc Jockeys worldwide has garnered an unexpected frenzy. It has industry insiders as well as fans talking. In fact, the song has made such an impact that several producers and established artists have already requested 12 year-old Myjah to collaborate with them. Needless to say, Myjah's cell phone and MySpace page (MySpace.com/MajorMyjahMusic) have been busy lately. Let Myjah tell it, "I'm so excited, I've been focused on my music for a while and it looks like it’s about to pay off."

According to some media pundits, 'there is a strong buzz in the industry about Major Myjah, his international pop style is reminiscent of a crossover artist like Shaggy, even though he’s not even a teen." If it wasn't enough that Myjah has already worked with producers, Genius, Black Chiney, Leroy "Baarbroy" Romans, and Grammy winning producer Tony Kelly, he's also scheduled to work in the studio with seasoned producers Stephen McGregor, T. Mix of Cash Money Records, JR Rothem, and several others.

Jamaican stars rocked Summer Jam - Mavado, Serani & Elephant Man

mavadoseranitpainbigchainsummerjam.jpg

When the smoke cleared in the Giants stadium Sunday night, Dancehall had taken another huge step into the mainstream courtesy of Mavado, Serani and Elephant Man, all of whom represented different aspects of Dancehall music very well to around 50,000 patrons.

All 3 acts did very well on the main stage, Serani's greatly-improved stage presence shone, with his crossover hit No Games proving to be the monster it is. Mavado, representing the hardcore side of Dancehall, stalked the stage commandingly, and was given a great response to hits such as "Whe Dem a Do?" "On the Rock" and "So Special." Elephant Man lived up to his Energy God moniker and had the whole stadium signaling the plane!

"We got huge exposure from this show," said Mavado after his performance. "The on-air promotion HOT 97 gave us in the run-up to the show was priceless, as well as being able to sing in front of so many people on the same bill as Mary J Blige, Jay Z and so many others. Its the first time I've performed in front of such a huge crowd and I was very pleased at the response."

Gaza or Gully?

vybzkartelmavaogazagully.jpg

Below is a Letter that was sent to OutAroad.com by one of our regular viewers Niki British.

What would become of Dancehall without the feud? My answer to that is boring, less stage shows would be held, dub plates would not be in demand, Reggae's best one night show on earth Sting would definitely lose its audience, the news paper and online magazines wouldn't have much juicy stories to publish.

I know there are many persons who will not agree with the ongoing feud, but on the other hand, the feud has kept dancehall giants Beenie Man and Bounty Killer careers alive for more than 14 years. However since of late the lyrical genius Vybz Kartel and Mavado have stripped Bounty Killer & Beenie Man of their rivalry titles when they clashed at Sting 2008. Since then Dancehall, followers have been shouting "Gaza Mi Seh" while others shouted "Gully Fi Life."

Dancehall went on a go slow in the earlier part of this year when the Broadcasting Commission announced that all songs with the word Daggering, edited or insight violence against another should be removed from the airwaves, TV and local Cable stations. However, a few months later dancehall was back on track courtesy of the Alliance and The Portmore Empire. Therefore, from my understanding the feud is necessary in the dancehall from once the artistes keep it lyrically.

P.S. Which of the two Gs yuh shouting Gaza or Gully?

I want to send a big shout out to Meleon, So What, Nelly, Toni and Tacious for always posting interesting comments

Fyah Muma', Queen Ifrica sets Tortola ablaze!

queen-ifrica_photos_reggae.jpg

The 'fyah muma', Queen Ifrica, recently returned from a blazing hot performance at the BVI Music festival, held at the Cane Garden Bay Beach in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, last week.

There, the female sing-jay delivered a healthy dose of her popular songs, as she performed favourites from her upcoming 'Montego Bay' album, like Coconut Shell, Lioness On The Rise, Daddy (original version) and Daddy (in Spanish), which earned her the biggest forward for the night.

Queen Ifrica, who had entered the stage at 11pm, paused during her fiery set and asked the audience if she could sing in Spanish, the response, a resounding "yes"! She started the first verse and it was pulled up at least five times, as screams went on for at least a minute.

Keep It To Yourself was her final tune and the audience sang as Queen Ifrica left the stage. Despite their cry for more, the time just didn't permit.

Serani Breaks Records!!

seraninogmaesdancehallartistesjamaica.jpgAlliance star Serani's bonafide hit "No Games" has landed at the #1 spot on America's reggae iTunes Chart for the first time, knocking Bob Marley's timeless classic "Three Little Birds" off the top spot. Having been selling thousands of downloads and ringtones for months, No Games has been flirting with the #1 spot for sometime, but now replaces Bob Marley's anthem, that sells an average of 5,500 a week in downloads on iTunes.

"No Games is actually still gaining in spins across the country," said Serani's manager. "This record just won't go away. Its still getting added to playlists in many states across the country every week so it continues to spread."

I am not a virgin - I lied

mr_proppafix_logo.jpg

Dear sir I am a 19-year-old female with a little problem, the thing is I met this guy about a month and couple days ago who is very cute and sexy.

Within the first two weeks, he started requesting sexual pleasures, it’s not that I don't want to but I have told him a big lie and I think it will affect our relationship.

When I just met him, we shared our likes and dislikes. We then started talking about sex during our discussion he told me that he always fantasized about making love to a virgin. At the time, I wanted to impress him so I told him that he was looking at his fantasy.

I really need your advice on this one because I am so in love with this guy, I don't know why I did not speak the truth but I guess it’s a female thing. Right now, we are not on good terms because he thinks I am playing by not wanting to have sex with him. The other day we were all set to go out then he called and told me if we are not going to have sex, it makes no sense seeing each other. Please tell me what to do, I don't want to lose him.

Tiki is Hotta Dan Dem In New Video

By Pen2Paper Creative Concept/
OutAroad.com

tiki-video_shoot_wine.jpg

Just one month shy of being the newly crowned Magnum's Queen of Dancehall competition, Out A Road recording artiste Tiki is making a strong statement, one in which a queen ought to be making; that of recording two active singles and doing her video. We invaded the weekenz venue on Tuesday night (June 2, 2009) where she was, on set of her "Hotta Dan Video Shoot", and gave us five minutes of her time.

"The concept of the song, came to me on Saturday, while at the hotel, getting ready for the show", she said with a smile. "I wanted to highlight the fact that ladies can look good in any clothes, be it a known brand or not, expensive or cheap," she quickly stated, that herself and other women need to realize that clothes names and cost doesn't necessarily makes a person "looks good, you are the one that have to make the clothes look good.”

She expresses much elation from the fan feedback, both during and after the completion on the competition, and that has driven to become productive more quickly than her previous successor.

Yendi Phillipps Grows On Digicel Rising Stars

yendi_phillipps_rising_stara_2009_host_digicel.jpgYendi Phillipps is, without a doubt, beauty with a purpose, and not only because she claimed that award in the 2007 Miss World competition in China. The 20-something is an accomplished, drop-dead gorgeous dancer who stretches herself to be the best she can be. Whether it's an appearance to boost the profile of an event aiming to raise funds for a worthy cause or working at her creative summer camp, Yendi is a Jamaican gem. Since winning the 2007 Miss Jamaica World title she has become a darling of the Jamaican people.

In 2008, when Denise Hunt resigned as host of Jamaica's most popular television show, Digicel Rising Stars, the show's producers looked Yendi's way and she accepted. Since then she has been beamed into the homes of more than one million Jamaicans as the host of their favourite show.

"It's been a great learning experience, more than anything else. With every episode I acquire more knowledge and it feels great to apply it and I feel myself growing as a person and as a media personality," says the bubbling beauty.

Celebrity Look-Alikes, Vol. 61: Rihanna & Woody Woodpecker

Rihanna's raising more than eyebrows these days.

The hot singer, who will reportedly testify against Chris Brown this month if his assault / criminal threats case reaches trial (don't bet on that), has been demoing more new fashion and hairstyles than we can even keep track of.

This latest one is an all-timer, too.

As you can see in the photo comparison below, she's apparently going for the Woody Woodpecker look. Rihanna conjured up images of the beloved, acorn-loving avian cartoon critter when she wore her hair back - and in a giant crest - this week.

How that's what we call a hair-raising experience:

Mr. Vegas Hits #1 On Five Charts

mr.vegas_dancehallmusicsexygirls.jpgMr. Vegas runaway hit, I Am Blessed, is carving out a bit of chart history in the modern day era of Jamaican reggae-dancehall music. The single, which was released over two months ago, now occupies the number one position simultaneously on at least five major music charts, underlining the dominance of the song here in Jamaica.

The single is #1 on the Jamaica Music Countdown charts, hosted by Richie B of HOT 102, while simultaneously rocking the top spot on the weekly ER charts, the RE TV dancehall charts, HYPE TV charts and the Digicel Caribbean top 30 charts. Two weeks ago, the song also topped the BBC 1xtra dancehall charts. In the meantime, the video, which features a reverse narrative concept employed by acclaimed video director Jay Will, has also hit the #1 spot on the CVM Hitlist chart, the HYPE VTX Countdown as well as a video chart on Synergy TV in Trinidad.

"It is a rare feat to be at the top of so many charts at the same times and it shows Mr. Vegas' universal appeal and the strength of his fan base in Jamaica. I Am Blessed is easily one of the biggest songs
of his career and the song is just beginning to catch fire on urban stations in the United States and in England, so it augurs well for Mr. Vegas," manager Ray Alexander said.

The I Am Blessed video is also hovering at the #2 spot on the RE MVP charts.
