I think some of older artist needs to get hands on with the new artist, they need some guidance but am sure you have people who talk to them, everyone won take heed at the first attempt and some of these artist needs to be a man they know right from wrong so they need to step up simple. There is alot of other issues that need to make this process happen, in making these artist more conscious and aware of the repercussions of their stupid action.
