The Garrison Records recording artiste was robbed whilst attending a meeting at the Supreme Promotions headquarters on Burlington Avenue in Kingston on Sunday. Bandits broke into Ryno's vehicle outside the headquarters; stealing the singjay's passport, accompanying travel documents and clothing. Ryno's passport was issued just hours prior to the incident as he used it to conduct some business.

On Tuesday, it was announced that Ryno's travel documents were returned by a friend of fellow Dancehall artiste, Flexx. The former protégé of Gully Squad leader, Mavado, was simultaneously at a recording studio where one of the members of Ryno's management team hung out. Flexx then told Ryno's affiliate that the documents were recovered.

Black Ryno issued a statement expressing his delight with the new development.

"I want to say a special thank you to Flexx and the young lady for being good Samaritans; it’s good to see that there are still honest, caring people in our society."
With passport in hand, Ryno will look to finalize preparations for tours in St. Kitts, Turks & Caicos as well as Costa Rica next month prior to his scheduled performance at STING 2011 in Portmore.
