Andrew and Wada Blood have done it again with their latest controversial hit that is sure to get your attention. The song is titled "B*MB*CLAAT" on ZJ Rush's Straight Forward Riddim which also features hit songs such as "A We Start Dis" by Jr. One Blood Reid and "No Cream to mi Face“ by Bounty Killa.
When asked about the song Wada Blood said "well we decided to take it back to when the dancehall was nice and had a lot of spice, when artiste weren't afraid to talk how they feel about certain issues. The song was not made for radio; it was made for the streets…in the dancehall. Some of the most potent and powerful songs of our music buss in di dancehall and get big globally without the help of radio...songs like Bounty Killer's CopperShot, Shabba's Love Punany Bad and Boom Bye Bye from Buju...and that's what we are aiming to do with this track".
Already "B*MB*CLAAT" is getting straight forwards at the popular weekly dances such as Uptown Mondayz....Mumzel Gi-wey Wednesdayz and Boasy Tuesdayz. Apart from creating controversy in the dancehall the Bloods have just returned from a very successful tour of the Westcoast which saw them touching places such as Mexico City, L.A., Santa Cruz, San Diego, Burkley, Reggae in the Desert in Las Vegas and performed with veterans Jr. Reid, Mikal Rose, Don Carlos and Freddie McGregor...And Monroe County in Rochester New York.
The Bloods have now set their sights on recording solid new music for their fans before leaving again on July 27 for a tour of Europe which will see them hitting almost all of the shows on the summer festival circuit.
