"Everybody knows that Jamaica is the home of dancehall and reggae music and even though we fuse a lot of different styles in our recordings, we are essentially a dancehall/reggae group so it makes good sense to get our music out there in the Jamaican market," said Joe West.

He also noted that the group will be coming to Jamaica this summer to perform on several events and to do some serious promotional work as well as some recordings. West Bank is currently working with Negril based production house Westside Konnection Records. The label is getting to drop their first single for West Bank in Jamaica. This single is titled Just A Little More Loving and was recorded on the Silk rhythm, which was created by Jermaine Tmar Millington who is member of the Westside Konnection Records production team. The single will be released in May.

In the mean time West Bank will continue to promote their latest single titled Swing Thaton the Amazon rhythm. The bouncy dancehall track is getting steady rotation on radio stations both locally and abroad, it is also receiving lots of love in the dancehalls.
