The current season of the Coke Zero/RETV High School Tour kicked off on Tuesday March 2 at the Tarrant High School in Kingston.
From the moment the tour bus with the entertainers arrived on the school’s compound, loud screams pierced the air.
The entertainers knew they had a mission, which was to promote the message of Abstinence Mek Sense. The message rang throughout the proceedings, as students hung on to every word.
Tour ambassadors DJ Nicholas, newcomers Denyque and Makeida, Raine Seville, Timberlee, Tifa, I Octane, Etana, QQ and Ding Dong, kept the students on a musical high.
Ministry of Education representative Matthew Mothersill delivered a presentation about safe sex and the importance of abstinence. This was well received by the students.
Giveaways from sponsors and entertainment from fellow students at the institution also added to the entertainment package.
The Coke Zero/ RETV School tour is presented by RETV in association with Three Sixty Marketing. Sponsors include Claro, Mothers, Tastee Cheese, Really Great Yogurt, and Act II Popcorn.
