Richie Spice Shoots Music Video For Trouble In The World
Reggae star Richie Spice recently wrapped up the shooting of his latest music video, which was shot in support of his hot single titled Trouble In The World which was produced by Florida based Master One Productions. The music video was shot at various locations across Kingston and St. Andrew including Cherry Gardens and Belvedere under the direction of Florida based music video director Elite. The music video is expected to be released before the end of March.
Trouble In The World is one of the leading songs on the hot First Born rhythm compilation that was produced and released by Master One Productions. The compilation which features several other big name reggae acts such Luciano and Sizzla is one of the fastest selling reggae albums on iTunes.
Richie Spice is currently preparing for an upcoming tour of Europe and he is also booked for several one off dates throughout the Caribbean and Central America.

The Jamaican born rapper who grew up in south London has been working locally with record labels such as Live Up Records, Home Grown Music/Jham Africa, Brukout Productions and Fox Link Productions.
New Jersey based reggae/dancehall group West Bank is getting lots of attention for their latest single titled Swing That. The bouncy dancehall track is getting steady rotation on radio stations both locally and abroad, it is also receiving lots of love in the dancehalls. Its accompanying music video which was directed by Wayne Washington South is also doing well; it is currently receiving rotation on HYPE TV, RETV and CVM Plus.






In early September 2009, a Russian director (Vlad) journeyed to Jamaica to film the music video for Lockdown, a collaboration between Ms. Triniti and Vybz Kartel. There was great expectation for Lockdown to be a crossover hit and understandably much fanfare around the shoot, prompting Anthony Miller to host Triniti and Kartel on his ER program ahead of the shoot and Gareth Daley to cover the video shoot for Hype TV. Seeing Vlad’s animated display, zeal, and tireless work ethic on set only served to stoke further interest in the finished product; however, five months later the video has still not been aired.

This event will be held at the Negril Escape resort in Negril on the 16th of February 2010.













India Arie was named this year's International Friend of Reggae at the recently held 6th Annual Excellence in Music & Entertainment (EME) Awards 2010 staged at the Gardens at Jamaica Pegasus in Kingston.
