Since of late, all eyes are now placed on Bounty Killer and Vybz Kartel because of the newly developed lyrical clash between both deejays.
This lyrical warfare started off with Bounty Killer taking the first "punch" at Vybz Kartel in a song called Chatter Box. A few days later Vybz Kartel released a counteraction titled Bownty's Killa - Bounty then replied suggesting that Vybz Kartel's counteraction is a Wata Chune.
With the released of Chatter Box, Bownty's Killer and Wata Chune, both Gaza and Alliance fans got excited - now anxiously awaiting for the big clash between Bounty Killer and Vybz Kartel at the world’s greatest one night dancehall/reggae show Sting. However, those thoughts will have to be erased as Vybz Kartel has announced that he will not be clashing with any outdated artiste, as the last outdated artiste he faced off with was Ninja Man.
The Teacha also suggested that back then, it was Bounty and Beenie's time now it's time for Gaza and Gully as Alliance era has come to an end. Vybz Kartel also requested that Bounty should go and ride Bling Dawg and get off his back.
According to few industry insiders, they believed that this is what dancehall is all about lyrical clash that's how it has been from day one and so shall it be in the end. They also mentioned that without the lyrical feud dancehall is no fun.
