The Linnett Chang Charity Foundation founded in 2009, is a nonprofit foundation that raises and awards some financial help to children in communities in an effort to help them to continue their education, learn new skills, and improve their own communities as they strive to become better leaders.
This being The Linnett Chang Charity Foundation inaugural, we are energized to bring change to children both in need and those who show great excellence in their GSAT examination. With that in mind, the Linnett Chang Scholars Program, will highlight academic excellence in such a way as Linnett Chang would have, had she being alive today. This year the LCCF is offering scholarships to a number of students in three primary schools in St. Ann particularly from the community Linnett Chang lived and worked all her life. Aboukir All Age is one of the selected schools. These students will be sponsored into high school for 5 years given that they continue to meet the program’s criteria for the scholarships. In addition to that, we are also awarding five children in five other primary schools a trophy for having attained the highest score in the GSAT Mathematics examination.

I think that this is a good venture. All the best in your endeavours as you seek to help the less fortunate among us.
