"Thing getting serious, every ghetto yute fi a pree fi buss.. Away.. Every day it's a new cry, but they acting surprise every time when u cry, like dem nuh know seh nuttin nah gawn yah.. A bare madness mi see a gawn on yah"
Conscious music, is one that should not only serve to motivates it intended niche, but should also serve as a means to edu-tain that is, both educate and entertain its listeners. Dario Dane'Jah, demonstrate such skills with his new single "Shuub Out" produced by Nocturnal Productions. Dario Dane'Jah seeks to highlight the levels of stresses, faced by most if not all new and upcoming artists, seeking their "break" or "buss" in to the hectic and equally frustrating music business. By stating that, the business of music is in fact a serious one, for which most young inner-city youths seek to make their stride, in order to leave their life of poverty behind.
He lyrically identifies and highlights social /economical issues (I.e. lack of jobs/ deaths and social dormancies within the society). He further speaks to the political fallacies that of politicians trying to trick them; such as, leaders only seeking to assist when ballets or votes are wanted, and often are the hinge men behind the society's ills, such as drugs and weapons trade, within these said ailing communities. Dario Dane'Jah implores, individuals to be weary of the fact that these political ploys, must be seen for what they are, as tricks, and so wisdom must be shown, shun their "printed t-shirts", ‘preaching's and votes, and realize that we are now independent, and such decision is free, and not be forced.
The vocal flow and melodies are smooth, matched with a catchy rhythmic hook that pierces words of truth in a humble, yet comprehensive manner. Dario Dane' Jah's ability to sit on the riddim shows, that although he is a young talent, his potential to excel like greats before him, is quite evident, with fellow acts like I-Octane and Fyakin making strides. Dario Dane'Jah make his SHUUB into a though industry, like Hariet Tugman.
