I am asking for your help, advice, anything that will help me to get rid of this feeling
Dear Mr. Proppafix,
I know this might seems extremely weird to you but for me it’s happening and I would love for what I am going to explain to you to stop, but I am addicted to what is also addicted to me and that is my little sister. I will not disclose anything much about her or myself because it would be shameful if our parents were to ever find out.
This is the dilemma I have been facing, I went away to study in the States, after a few months away from home I found myself thinking a lot about my sister by my father’s side of the family. I guess by now you have picked up what I am talking about. She thinks a lot about me as well. At first it seems like nothing but now I think I am losing it because the last time when I came to Jamaica, she introduced me to her boyfriend and I could feel my heart crying, from then until now it has been affecting me, whenever I think about her having someone else. Even so, we still shared moments together, but I hate to know that she has a boyfriend now.
Mr. Proppafix I think I am in love with my sister and I am asking for your help, advice, anything that will help me to get rid of this feeling. At this moment, I am not seeing anyone else and sometimes just by thinking about my sister it feel as if I have the world but now that I am getting more mature, I am beginning to realise that what we are doing is wrong but yet it feels so great.

Firstly, let me say that moderation is key, as any kind of "addiction" cannot be good. With any kind of addiction, realizing that you have it is just the beginning; doing something about it is actually the start in kicking this bad habit.
Secondly, you KNOW that being with your sister is wrong yet you are doing nothing about it. You are obsessing over her even though it appears that she is trying to move on with her life by getting a boyfriend. You need to get yourself a girlfriend and focus on making things work with her, focus on your studies, do some sporting activities, and enroll in some extra classes or some clubs at your college, as it appears that you have too much extra time on your hands. You should get some counseling or find an adult that you can trust to speak to about this. You should refrain from seeing your sister anywhere but in a group with mature adults and never create situations where you may be alone. Think of the shame and disgrace this may bring on your family if this were to ever be found out.
Last but not least, you did not mention your ages but if she is under age, you could be slapped with charges for incest and carnal abuse if what you are doing ever came to light.

This is obviously real sickness. He needs some mental help. I don't think he wud want to have feelings for his sister. He seems to feel guilty that's why he's writing in the first place. He could have just try to put up with it and not say anything to anyone. It seems to be a chemical imbalance. Instead of cussing and acting up maybe some of us can help him to disolve these feelings. If you are reading this, I commend you for seeking help, I suggest talking 2 a counselor who can then recommend u to a psychiatrist and from then to some meds to improve your brain's chemical inbalance.
