Portmore Empire's boss Vybz Kartel is still the man to beat as his hit single 'Million Dollar By A Morning' has fended off strong competition from RDX's dancehall anthem 'Ben Ova' to hold onto the #1 spot for a second week on the OutAroad.com Top 20 Hot Singles Chart.
This week Greatest Gainer title also goes to Vybz Kartel's 'Get Wild', which jumps from #20 to #15.
This week's we have one new entry in the top ten - Mavado's I'm So Blessed at #10 and one new entry on the chart - Elephant Man's 'Alli-Lu-Ya'.
Other songs that are doing well on the chart are Elephant Man feat. Ding Dong with 'Dip Again', Mavado with 'Again & Again' and Vybz Kartel with 'Last Man Standing'.

how is the #1 song determined outaroad?
Answer From Admin: It's a Hot Singles Chart - so the songs that entered the chart has to be getting rotation on the radio stations, in the clubs and especially at the Street Dances(parties)
At the end of the day there are some songs that get power-play everywhere you go it's banging in your ear.
So it as nothing to do with sales
Whenever you have a problem with a song that is #1 that you don't think should be a #1, please feel free to let us know
