Alliance leader Bounty Killer is set to stand trial on May 12 for his recent run in with the law.
According to reports, Bounty Killer aka Warlord whose real name is Rodney Price was accused of breaking seven red lights, obstructing traffic and refusing to do a breathalyzer test.
While Bounty Killer is getting ready to stand trial his long time nemesis Beenie Man might still has to pay a large percentage of his outstanding $40 million tax owing to the government, even though he was freed of tax evasion charges in September 2008.
Senior Magistrate Owen Parkins dismissed Beenie Man's tax case when Beenie Man's attorney declared a no case submission. . (Income taxes was improperly drafted)
However, OutAroad.com gets to understand that the Government’s tax department is still not pleased with the ruling and is now in the process of appealing the decision.
If the tax department can produced sufficient evidence to support their appeal then matter will be heard this year.

I work I pay my taxes. why does these men work millions refuse to pay taxes 40 million dollar is a mere drop in the bucket for beenie to pay the government of this country no matter wether PNP or JLP these portray a image of being flithy rich but when they are assessed they said they dont owe so much thats crap. is just because a Jamaica if a US him deh is as to pay is taxes or else him go jail no matter who him is

Beenie man need to pay his damn tax, who the f**k do you think you are, i have to pay my taxes and i dont have a fraction of what you have so why do you think the same doesnt apply to you. i dont know how much money you have but you need to work a percentage out and pay it. and as of you mr. thieving government, when you get the tax money make sure it do some good for the damn island and stop pocketing the money. you bounty, do you think because your driving the second hand range rover you are above the road code, you need to stop like everybody else, the range dont value someone else's life , suppose you did hit someone what the hell are you thinking. i was in jamaica and my 17yr old brother took my car without a drivers license and i have to go to court and pay 11,000.00 because they charge my ass because i was the adult, and that wasnt as dangerous as what you did.you azz holes think you are above the law.
