T.I.'s "Live Your Life" featuring Rihanna began a third non-consecutive week atop the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart on Thursday, while the rapper's former chart-topper "Whatever You Like" continued to hold at #2. Katy Perry's "Hot N Cold" rose to a new high of #3 in its 15th week on the chart. Kanye West's "Heartless" opened big at #4, the fourth-highest new entry of the year, and is also the rapper's third top 5 debut this year.

Beyonce's "If I Were a Boy" remained at #5, Pink's "So What" slid three to #6, and Britney Spears' "Womanizer" was down one to #7. Kevin Rudolf's "Let It Rock" featuring Lil Wayne dropped one to #8, and Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours" traded places with Akon's "Right Now (Na Na Na) with a bump from #10 to #9.
