Jay-Z has spoken about Barack Obama's win in the election, saying "Martin Luther King walked so Obama could run".
The rapper has been vocal of his support for Barack's bid to become the new US President, even holding concerts to encourage his fans to vote.
Now at a rally in Philadelphia, shortly before Barack won the presidency, Jay-Z told onlookers: "I need y'all to be really, really quiet for this. I need you to really understand what I'm telling you".
"Rosa Parks sat so Martin Luther King could walk. Martin Luther King walked so Obama could run. Obama's running so we all can fly".
