Lil Wayne has revealed that he had a 'hand' in delivering his own baby son last week.
As MTV previously reported, Dwayne Carter III, was born on 22 October 2008 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati and reports claim that some of the midwifery duties were carried out by the newborn baby's father - Lil Wayne.
Speaking to U.S. radio station Power 105.1, Weezy said:
"I delivered him. I held the left leg the whole time. It was nasty, very nasty, but it was wonderful. He's the best thing to ever happen to me, next to my daughter."
The identity of the mother has still not been confirmed but some internet rumours suggest that the mother of new born Dwayne Carter III is a 22-year-old University of Cincinnati student by the name of Sara B.

its good to see that these guys are doing the right thing for their children. not because they act gagster and hype at the end of the day they are doing the real deal, unlike some dutty man that i personally know that aint doing squatt for their kids. they think walk around and fcuk whole heep a gal and wear hot clothes make them a real man. buttom line if you dont take care of your own flesh and blood then you are a low-life, dead beat scum of the earth. little wayne nuff respect and congratulation, and its good to see that you dont neccessary have to be with someone famous to be happy. there is alot of simple beautiful decent girls out here.

SO WHAT!!! You sound very bitter. It's seems obvious that your baby-father is not keeping it real when it comes to your child. Anyway, few words of advice: next time don't be so quick to give it up to the man them as you put it with hot clothes.

Q-Storm, yes am bitter and if you have class and dignity and love for the kids you would be bitter too... to see a man neglect his own kids. i dont personally have this problem but its very close to home and am sure someone in your family have this problem because most black men especially jamaican men are like that, damn maybe even u.
