Jelly from 1 coconut (not too hard or too soft)
3 tablespoons powdered milk
8 ice cubes
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1.Blend coconut jelly, sugar and
powdered milk.
2.Continue blending, adding enough ice
cubes until creamy.
3.Serve immediately.

Squeeze the milk from several grated
coconuts and strain into a pot.Let it boil
on a high fire until oil is formed.
Allow it to cool then pour the oil into
another container.This will leave a thick
layer which is called custard.
Eat the custard by itself or season with
pepper, salt and other herbs and spices as
desired. This is particularly delicious when
eaten with fried plantain.
