“Digicel’s People’s Choice Award Winner 08”
Its fashion week here in Jamaica and D’Angel is certainly moving to the beat of fashion. She is the proud recipient of this year’s Digicel’s People’s Choice Awards at the recently concluded The Style Observer Awards 08, held at the Tera Nova Hotel in Kingston. D’Angel is a ravishing, statement making, and style making female whom is honored to master the art of fashion and continue to turn heads with her luminous abilities. The other nominees were Miss Kitty, Busy Signal and Yendi Phillips (Miss Jamaica).
Hot New Releases
D’Angel has release a brand new track called “Stronger”, produced by Sonny Spoon. She said “This song reflects my personal struggles over the years and it is a song that was written to include my personal feelings as well”. In addition, there are other new releases in rotation that have been heating up the local airwaves, some of which includes "Nah Guh Nuh Weh” (Black Pearl), “High Intensity (Fresh Ear), Hustling Ladies (Ward 21), Real Gangsta (Chester), Talk is Cheap (Kings of Kings), and Don’t Hate (Snow Cone). Royal Palm Estate - Acting Career
Season 26 of one of Jamaica’s most watch television series, Royal Palm Estate features some high profile celebrities and artistes alike. Episode 6 will feature D’Angel in her first appearance on screen as an actress. D’Angel plays the role of Rainbow, whom is the host for a TV program called “Over The Rainbow”. Episode 6 will air on CVM TV this Sunday June 22 at 9:00 PM, with a repeat broadcast Wednesday nights at 10:05 PM.

On my way from campus I saw the caption of this week's X-NEWS - "Beenie and D'Angel back in love?" You were never out of love. Now listen to Mom for Step #2.
Now that the intimacy etc. back to normal, you cannot leave God out of the picture. Right there in your home, hold tight to each other and ask God to help each of you to move beyond the hurt you caused each other during the heat of the moment.
