This summer will be hotter than usual as Alliance member Bling Dawg has ‘Step The Game Up’ on his new mix tape of the same title.
The mix tape is already creating a buzz in the streets and is especially popular on coaster buses, taxis and with street side vendors. The underground production is also creating a wave online as downloads are available on various music websites.
‘Step The Game Up’ consist of 32 tracks including hit songs such as ‘Deadly Alliance’ that features Bounty Killer, Busy Signal, Mavado and Wayne Marshall, ‘Nymphomaniac’, ‘Dem Nuh Like We’ produced by DJ Kareem, ‘Blaza’ a Don Carleon production, ‘Freestyle’ produced by SSMG, ‘Battle Field’ on the Warning Riddim produced by Shane Brown (Juxx Box), among others.
Fans can be on the look out for the video of Nymphomaniac which was directed by one of Jamaica’s finest, Ezra.
“The reason for this mix tape is due to the fact my album release date was push back, so instead of leaving the fans out in the cold, I decided to treat them with this hot mix tape that they can gwaan groove to while waiting,” Bling Dawg explained to OutAroad.com
When asked by OutAroad.com why was he missing in action 2007 he quickly replied, “I took the time out to focus more on my entrepreneur status for Bling Kutt Barbering & Beauty Salon, now that it’s off to a good start fans can expect to hear more new songs coming this summer,” he explained.
