Bounty Killer lashes out against Ian Boyne and Mavado dismantled veteran deejay Ninja Man at Magnum Follow Di Arrow held at James Bond Beach.
Bounty Killer was in his usual execution mood that saw the Killer lashing out on TV host Ian Boyne for an article that was recently printed in one of our local news papers. Bounty Killer disclosed that the article was directly scrutinizing the dancehall.
“How di b*tty bowy Ian Boyne fi ah write article from Marley to Mavado and left out a lot of bad artiste,” just those few lines have the audience screaming.
The Killer then lamented "If b*tty bowyz march inna Kingston and nothing no happen to them, me ago pack up mi luggage and lef Jamaica," he stated.
Soon after Bounty Killer did one his 90’s hit songs ‘Caan Believe Mi Eyes’ that had the females screaming and the men buss blank shots. But the encores got even bigger when the Killer shouted out “Mi caan believe seh Kartel bleach out him face”.
After hours of awesome performance by the Killer, Ninja Man then entered the stage with an umbrella hoping to get in the action but was left standing alone as Bounty Killer exited the stage.
Mavado could not resist the challenge so he went on stage and did what his daddy Bounty Killer would have done back in the early days. Even though Mavado was ready for ‘di clash’ - Ninja Man decided he’s not going clash until Bounty Killer returned. Mavado then shouted, “mi a di grandson and mi have something fi,” - “Amazing grace sh*t fly through face” and then went on to warned Ninja Man that “My War Is Like No Other” and if Ninja Man wants to continued the war, then he can find him ‘On The Rock’.

Well this show seems to have been great... Bounty and Movado in their truest element... Real Bad Man ting...
I however must comment on the statements made by Bounty regarding Ian Boyne's article. He sounds as if he feels left out of the article "From Marley to Movado" which if he took the time to read or had the intelligence to understand he would have seen that it was not a compliment to Movado. Boyne pointed out the decay of the moral content of our music... is this what Bounty wants to be associated with???
I tell you... sometimes its best to read, listen and understand before making assertions which ultimately reveal your intellectual inadequacies.... poor thing :(

Personally I agree with Boyne. From Bob Marley to Movado. The music today that is being sung by most of our entertainers are not what I would call uplifting. I hate the 'gangster for life terminology'. I tell u, the whole business of dancehall has been so badly corroded, I am afraid to listen to it (with the exception of artistes like Buju, Jah Cure and a few others).
PPl can u see why our country is seen as the murder capital? Scaring away tourists and serious investors? Need I say more

All you ppl need to ACTUALLY READ and UNDERSTAND what Mr. Boyne was saying in the article before u make mad assumptions! Trust me I praise Boyne for his other works but when it comes to dancehall he is totally biased in that context. and Killa Mr. Boyne was not praising Mavado.. he was showing the 'degradation' of music over the years. which he should not have done; because it is absolutely ridiculous to compare reggae music (bob marley) to dancehall music (mavado).
Dancehall has many positives but Boyne laments on the negatives..
Killa mi rate u and u are my artiste but honestly your music does have some negatives on the younger generation.. it pains my heart to see youngsters repeating your slangs.. "bullet bullet bullet" instead of something positive like "more life" or "more love".. YESSSSS crime and violence is a part of our society and music reflects society but you are a role model to MANYYYYYYYY so why not use the music as a tool to effect a CHANGE in society sir?
