Chaos reined at Bembe Thursday for a second successive week after an altercation developed between Vybz Kartel and Bembe selector, Jigsy. Offended by comments Jigsy made during his stint behind the turntables Kartel summoned the selector and proceeded to hit him in the face with a firearm.
OutAroad.com heard of the incident and called both parties, however we did not get in touch with Vybz Kartel, but Jigsy was more than willing to give his side of the story.
"Mi on the stage a perform an' as usual everybody know that I am the kind of person who talk what is on my mind and mi always have my style saying bleach out face bowy mi waan kill unno, tight pants bowy mi waan kill unno," he said emotinally adding. "If Kartel a wear tight pants and him face bleach out and have Chinese language tattoo on his neck and it offend him that is not my problem."

"I don't see the reason for Vybz Kartel fi send a man fi call me off the stage and when mi go to hear what he's saying a man grab onto my chain and burst it, then Vybz Kartel wet me up with his Hennessey and gun butt me. The amount a punch mi get I couldn't even tell where them coming from. I never expected that from Kartel because me and him don't have anything and a that reach me from Vybz Kartel. I am going to left them to father God because it makes no sense fi retaliate," Jigsy reasoned.
It was just last week members of Vybz Kartel and Mavado's entourage had a brutal face off at Bembe which resulted in the smashing of bottles in each others head and face as well as damage to the venue.

Fi real,Kartel is a good studio DJ, him write good tune and him lyrics dem well put together but when it come to stage presentation and holding the crowd / delivery him need some work...
