As the Christmas holiday draws closer plans are in high gear for the eight staging of Magnum GT Taylor's Christmas Reggae Extravaganza. Just a week before the event, music lovers will get a sneak preview of Magnum GT Taylor's Christmas Reggae Extravaganza, at three special Magnum GT Taylor's Christmas Reggae Extravaganza Parties. The first party will be at the Asylum Night Club in New Kingston on Tuesday the 18th of December. It will feature the Asylum DJs along with the GT's Aggregation Sound Station and Taurus Riley & Jimmy Riley. The following night the second party will be held at Weddy Weddy Wednesday at the Stone Love HQ and will feature Stone Love along with the GT's Aggregation Sound Station. The third and last party will be held at the Amnesia Night Club in Ochi Rios on Thursday the 19th of December, this party will feature the GT's Aggregation Sound Station along with Little Hero & Mr. Perfect.
As is customary this year's event features a host of top acts. The lineup includes headline acts such as Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Capleton, Ninja Man, Freddie McGregor and Jah Cure along with the likes of current hit makers Munga, Mavado, Tarus Riley, Chuck Fender, Spice, Richie Spice, Queen Ifrica, Hero & The God Alone Crew, Alaine, Ethana, and Lutan Fya. The lineup is rounded out with the likes of Jimmy Riley, Admiral Tibeth, Edi Fitzroy, Anthony Cruz, Macka Diamond, Lady G, Iley Dread, Captain Barkey & Wickerman, Cecile, Timmi Burrell, Desi Boyd, Christopher Martin, Villa Dutch & Feekez, Mr. Peppa, Mikeylous, Ras Ghandi, Perfect, Singer J, Dadda & Ioctane. Backing bands will be Ruff Kut and Live Wire bands, sound-system music will be provided by Stone Love & GT's Aggregation.

Security and sanitary conveniences will be of the best quality and there will be a V.I.P area at this year's event, as GT Taylor is going all out to maintain the high standards which his event is known for. Magnum GT Taylor Christmas Reggae Extravaganza will take place at Independence Park Black River, on the 25th of December.
The theme of the show this year will be Caring and Sharing Through Music. GT Taylor is a member of the St. Elizabeth Care Committee, which is a charitable organization in St. Elizabeth that cares for the street people of the parish. GT will be placing a drop box in the venue on the night of the event, where patrons who wish to donate clothing items, sandals, clothing, belts, underwear etc. to the less fortunate can put these items.
