With just a few days to go before Christmas, plans are in full swing for the 8th staging of the Magnum GT Taylor Reggae Christmas Extravaganza stage show. St. Elizabeth will come alive on Christmas night when this year's staging unfolds at Independence Park in Black River, St. Elizabeth. Without a doubt it will be a night of great entertainment as fans will be treated to a musical feast from the exciting lineup of acts slated for the event. The lineup consists of headliners such as the Warlord Bounty Killer who will be making his first appearance on the event, along with the self proclaimed King of the Dancehall Beenie Man, The King Of Fire Capleton, the Don Gorgon Ninja Man, Freddie McGregor & Jah Cure.
Just when you thought that the lineup couldn't get any better Dancehall maestro Sizzla Kolonji has been added to the lineup which also includes Mavado, Taurus Riley, Munga, Jimmy Riley Chuck Fender, Spice, Richie Spice,Queen Ifrica, Lutan Fya, Admiral Tibeth, Edi Fitzroy, Anthony Cruz, Macka Diamond, Lady G, Iley Dread, Captain barkey & Wickerman, Alaine,Cecile, Ethana, Hero & The God Alone Crew, Timmy Burrell, Desi Boyd, Christopher Martin, Villa Dutch & Feekez, Mr. Peppa, Mikeylous, Ras Ghandi, Perfect, Singer J, Dadda & Ioctane. Backing bands will be Ruff Kut and Live Wire bands, sound-system music will be provided by Stone Love & GT's Aggregation.

Taurus Riley son of veteran Reggae singer Jimmy Riley who is arguably the singer of the year will deliver a special performance for the patrons at this year's event. He will doing an extra special father & son performance with his dad. Taurus and his dad says they will be giving the people something to remember for Christmas.

Magnum GT Taylor Christmas Reggae Extravaganza will take place at Independence Park Black River, on the 25th of December.
The theme of the show this year will be Caring and Sharing Through Music. GT Taylor is a member of the St. Elizabeth Care Committee, which is a charitable organization in St. Elizabeth that cares for the street people of the parish. GT will be placing a drop box in the venue on the night of the event, where patrons who wish to donate clothing items, sandals, clothing, belts, underwear etc. to the less fortunate can put these items.
