Rapper 50 Cent has swore to quit releasing solo albums if Kanye West out sales him when their new albums are released on September 11th.
50 Cent told sohh.com: “If Kanye West sells more records than 50 Cent on September 11, I'll no longer write music. I'll write music and work with my other artists, but I won't put out any more solo albums."
Speaking in third person, the rapper continued: “When Kanye West's sales come in, he's gonna have a 70 percent decrease cause Def Jam is gonna buy records to keep him closer to 50 Cent. So watch the first week and then watch the second week. Watch his ass drop off the planet. We keep our angles covered before we make a decent bet.”

Why the hell does everything have to be a competition, who does it better? There is enough space in this world for us all to live in comfortably, and enough than enough room in the music industry for everybody to coexist. I am disappointed with 50. Kanye was on an interview and commented about this very statement, he was saying was that he was not in any competition, all he saw it as on the same day two great artists would be launching great albums, so the world would be twice as blessed with great music. I hope Kanye outsells in by a good couple hundred. Dat way it'll cut him back down to size... 50 is an eediat.Cho!!!

Kanye is by far the better artist in my mind. 50 cool-off Ja Rule's career and now thinks he's god of the rap game. I hope Kanye out sells him, cos I don't like him away.
